Owner Biography

Carol Smith is the President,Owner and Operator of Company C Hair Salons, doing business since 1989. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and worked on Wall Street in the Financial industry for 9 years. Carol and her husband Richard moved to Florida in 1982. Their Family consists of Richard and his wife Amanda, Christoper and his wife Melissa and their son Aaron. She was always interested in the Beauty industry and decided to take her financial background along with her passion of beauty and artistic background to become an entreprenuer. She then pursued her cosmetology license in 1984 and started working as a hair stylist. In 1986 she took a position as a supervisor for a chain of hair salons where she learned the management and operations side of running your own company. She then went on her own in 1989 with the first Company C Hair Salon.
